The Board Room Blame Game On a financial year beginning a board room witnessed a following blame game which ended on a sorry note.Below is the discussion. Goal said to vision " since you were not clear I couldn't play my role" Strategy said because of you guys, I couldn't think. Planning said " You guys  goof up in the top and we stand in the middle of the road as well get sandwiched from both top and the bottom. Execution said, Since you guys go aimless we go clueless. Finally our appraisal goes for a task and we are branded us demotivated bunch of  chickens who are referred to attend a motivation programs on a weekend.
