  Walking, Pedometer and Life Lessons From February 2019 I started walking to keep myself fit and to reduce my weight too. Though I was walking for an hour or so, I felt my motivation to continue was not high. After a week I decided to download a pedometer App to measure my steps etc and started walking along with my mobile.
