If you are Assertive when others are Aggressive, that proves your maturity.

If you are willing to be Taught and Willing to Teach others, that proves your maturity.

If you Understand others first and are to be Understood next, that proves your maturity.

If you Restrain yourself from spreading Rumours, that proves your maturity.

If you Initiate and stand next to those who take Initiative, that proves your maturity.

If you Treat yourself well and Treat others with dignity, that proves your maturity.

If you feel Young at heart and treat the people Younger than you with respect, that proves your maturity.

Your Maturity increases with your positive actions.

  Being Jaby is being a fine human being.   L&D Global Chennai Chapter was instrumental in bringing Jaby closer to my heart, our journey was not too long, but it was filled with fun, humour, joy and learning too.
