When I put myself in my mother's shoes, I understood the pain of pregnancy.

When I put myself in my father's shoes, I understood the pain of livelihood.

When I put myself in my spouse's shoes, I understood the pain of love.

When I put myself in my manager's shoes, I understood the pain of Leadership.

When I put myself in my subordinate's shoes, I understood the pain of performance.

When I put myself in my customer's shoes, I understood the pain of poor service.

When I put myself in my shoes, I understand the importance putting myself in others shoes.

When you jog in others shoes you live in their hearts.
