Who Taught Whom? How many times have you come across your child crying over a lost toy or a broken toy? How many times have you removed certain play items or craft material which you fill is untidy or which spoils the décor of your home? I am sure some of us would have experienced either one of the above situation. Management Lessons from Childhood Activities-2 See-Saw During a short break I remember rushing to a see-saw to grab my seat, sometimes I used to play with close friends or sometimes I play with other class children   Initially the objective was to get an upper hand and prove my strength, later I understood that if I need to enjoy the game of see-saw I need to go up and come down. As and when the time passes by we slowly take turns to go up and come down.   Once the bell rings, we gently help up each other to settle down & rush back to the class, what nostalgic days it was. During childhood our mind was filled with fun, craving for chance to run and play. When I was reflecting upon the game of see-saw I was able to infer some life lessons as well as management lessons Here are some Life Lessons from See-Saw We need to start from the bottom. One chapter doesn’t make a book

One chapter doesn’t make a book This is my experience during my visit to my Son’s School during Parent teacher meet, there were varieties of parents whom I came across: ·          Some are worried and they have high degree of concern about academic performance & career ·          Some are mentally prepared and they know their child's ability ·          Some are there to sign the report cards who know academics is a part of the life & not the life I have seen parents who sit with the teachers who check the answer sheets and identify why the teacher had given a low marks to the particular answer and teacher comes with his/her explanation. I pity those teachers who land up taking classes for parents.   When I witnessed such things around me, I did have some questions in my mind: ·          Are scho...
