Don't expect everyone to be punctual, you also need some unpunctual people to develop your patience.

Don't expect everyone to appreciate, you also require critics to develop your ability to think differently.

Don't expect everyone to change, you also require resistors to develop your skills to communicate change.

Don't expect everyone to be co-operative, you also require such individuals to develop your team building skills.

Don't expect everyone to be goal oriented, you also require such goal less individuals to develop your ability to set goals for others.

Don't expect everyone to seek forgiveness, you also require some egoistic individuals to prove your ability to forgive others.
