Who has money, but avoids eating out of fear of overweight

Who has knowledge, but does not share

Who has wealth, but do not help the needy

Who has talent, but does recognise the talent in others

Who is served, but does thanks others

Who is intelligent, but does not appreciate others

Who is skilful, but does not develop others

Who is accomplished but does not nurture others

Who is well networked but does refer others

Who is well informed but does not pass into others
  
Being poor is a symbol of living for self and ignoring others

  Being Jaby is being a fine human being.   L&D Global Chennai Chapter was instrumental in bringing Jaby closer to my heart, our journey was not too long, but it was filled with fun, humour, joy and learning too. When Jaby was present, dullness was absent. He filled the hall with his sense of humour, and his thoughts were deep-rooted in bringing the best out of every human. Jaby was the most admired person in any forum; when Jaby picked the mic, the audience pulled themselves to the edge of the chair. Jaby was casual in his appearance, but he was a thorough professional everywhere.
