Family Care Fund

Family Care Fund

A joint family was undergoing some crisis, the head of the family decided to create a family care fund and shared his idea with the family members.

After Listening to the head of the family's idea, all the earning members decide to contribute, the homemakers and the kids also decided to break their piggy bank.

After few months, the crisis continued, and one of the family members decided not only to ask for financial help, but he also asked for accounts, but the head of the family refused to either extend the financial help or share the accounts. The family member was frustrated with the response and started discussing this with the other family members, where few of them assured they will also demand the same while the rest kept quiet.

After a week few more family members started demanding the accounts, but the head of the family member refused to lend the ears and threatened to expel them from the family; after listening to such threatening statements, the family members decided to leave the family. Within few days, the family packed their belongings and relocated to other areas.

After few months, the family members were ordered by the head of the family to contribute some more money which they agreed to do so and decided to leave the family

The head of the family had visitors, who received the family care fund to win their local positions and, these visitors unanimously accepted the head of the family as their leader who was drunk with the power and his family members were scattered to different places and finding it difficult to lead their life and plan for their future.

Above is the story of a family head who never cared for his family but created a family care fund to fulfil his desire to stay in power.

Power is a form of corruption, which not only ruins the nations but is also read as a bad example in the future history books.

The Modes of Persuasion The modes of persuasion, often referred to as ethical strategies or rhetorical appeals, are devices in rhetoric that classify the speaker's appeal to the audience. They are: ethos, pathos, logos, and the less-used Kairos & telos The above model has been used by Advertisement agencies to grab the attention of the viewers and finally bring them to the purchase desk or use the cart in shopping sites. If we carefully examine the model, it has a sound application in running an effective training program too.
