The manager came on a video call to get an update and, he saw his subordinate frequently moving out of the call and, said "can't you allocate a few minutes for the call? The subordinate said "sorry" and started giving the update and, she took permission to attend to her personal work.

The manager was restless and said, "In the previous calls, you took time off to attend to your son, but today schools are reopened, I am wondering what makes you move out of the calls"

Granny appeared and said, "Vanakkam Manager" The Manager also said Vanakkam The granny said, "if one son goes to the school, it doesn't mean the mother is free"

The Manager said, "I know she has only one child" The Granny with a smile said, "the other is yet to come to this world"

The Granny said, " do not expect a woman to share everything in this world, you should understand their world"

The Manager's wife came closer to him and whispered " We are going to be parents" the manager hugged his wife.

The granny asked, "what's the good news, the lady said, "I am on my family way," The subordinate said, "let's connect personally, I will guide you.

Manager's wife said, " Thank you and, Manager said sorry,"

The Granny said, " it is better to understand than to judge, it is better to accept the situation than to expect a favourable situation"

The manager said, "Thank you, granny, for appearing on the screen to change the scene.

The Granny with a smile said, “Let’s welcome the symbol of Covid times love"

By the time the other person finishes speaking, the listener is often already formulating a response. Let’s explore what happens in such situations. While listening, we may be trying to engage our logical brain to recall our memories and creativity for a response, or we may be accessing our emotional brain to defend ourselves against what is being said. For example, if one person talks about ways another could improve, the listener might offer excuses such as a lack of time, resources, or support. Alternatively, they may bring up personal emotions, like health or family issues.
