They keep sowing

So that we can keep eating

Their hands are muddy

So that our plates are not empty

They fight calamity

So that we don't die out of scarcity

They keep growing

So that our stomach never starts shrinking

They don't give up

That is the reason our children grow up

They are frugal

So that we don't struggle

They live with nature

so that we sit at the dining table

They toil on the soil

So that we can sleep without hunger

They live with patience

so that we live in peace

They are the backbone of the nation.

Respecting the farmer is respecting mother nature.

While listening, we may be trying to engage our logical brain to recall our memories and creativity for a response, or we may be accessing our emotional brain to defend ourselves against what is being said. For example, if one person talks about ways another could improve, the listener might offer excuses such as a lack of time, resources, or support. Alternatively, they may bring up personal emotions, like health or family issues.
