Responsibilities.
An untrained employee will resist change.
An untrained employee will not know the value of what they are
doing.
An untrained employee will be underutilised.
Training might not be a one-stop solution for all workplace
problems, but it opens the doors to understanding the employees better and help
the organisation develop intervention/ activities for the betterment of the future.
Training not only helps in learning, but it also helps in
unlearning and relearning.
