It takes years to build a 40-plus floor building, but it takes just a few minutes and 4.9 magnitudes on the Richter scale to bring it down. Similarly, it takes years to build your image but a few minutes and few words to tarnish it. Pay a few minutes of attention to your thoughts before you convert them into a few words.

You cannot prevent an earthquake, but you can avoid the tremors in your life. Let the words that come out of your mouth inspire others and transforms their life.
