Few seconds

 Few seconds

Smiling takes a few seconds; that's the first step towards building a relationship.

Taking the initiative takes a few seconds; that's the first step towards building your Leadership skills.

Hanging your anger takes a few seconds; that's the first step to being assertive.

Saying " No " takes a few seconds to say "No"; that's the first step to stop being impulsive.

It takes a few seconds to stop judging; that's the first step towards understanding others.

It takes a few seconds to decide whether to forward an unverified message. That's the first step towards stopping rumours.

It takes a few seconds to thank others, that's the first step towards demonstrating your gratitude.

It takes a few seconds to keep quiet; that's the first to stop losing your words.

Forgiving takes a few seconds; that's the first step to moving forward in holding the relationship.

It takes a few seconds to seek forgiveness; that's the first step towards freeing yourself from guilt and regret.

When you use your few seconds wisely, you can enjoy the rest of your life forever.

It took an hour to write this piece; all you need is a few seconds to forward this to others to make their life a better place.

Alternatively, they may bring up personal emotions, like health or family issues. These reactions often occur while the other person is still speaking, leading to a decreased understanding and an increased eagerness to defend one’s position. During this type of conversation, the listener may appear restless, exhibiting a lack of eye contact or head nodding. In such interactions, th...
