The Duty: Let us play our role.

The Duty: Let us play our role.

Unwillingness and the inability of the patient to follow the prescription doesn't make the doctor ineffective; similarly, unwillingness and inability of the participant to apply the learning doesn't make a trainer ineffective.

The duty of the training department is complete when they identify the training needs and the right trainer and organise the training at the right time and place.

The duty of the trainers is fulfilled when they deliver the session as per agreed needs and give the participants the suitable methods to apply the training.

Finally, the duty of participants is fulfilled once they apply what they have learnt and add value to the company's needs.

If the participants have applied the learning, let us congratulate them with a bouquet, and if they have not used it, let us not go with a sense of failure to the bed, remember, we have a life and a family. Never suffer within for others' unwillingness or lack of competencies.

Many patients are waiting for doctors; similarly, many companies want to improve their employees; pick your mobile and keep calling to improve your business.

They are: ethos, pathos, logos, and the less-used Kairos & telos The above model has been used by Advertisement agencies to grab the attention of the viewers and finally bring them to the purchase desk or use the cart in shopping sites. If we carefully examine the model, it has a sound application in running an effective training program too.
