Selection of seeds and following a proper process in laying the seeds plays a vital role in effective farming 








Just seeding alone will not ensure effective yield, we should also constantly look for the weeds and remove the same for the plants to grow. 













Career is like farming, selection and entry into a career alone does not guarantee career growth, we should constantly look for the negatives that crop up and keep wedding it so that our career keeps growing.
