Maturity is forgiving a person rather than waiting for the person to seek forgiveness

Maturity is talking right about a person in their absence rather than talking maliciously about them

Maturity is seeing other's mistake as an opportunity to develop a person rather than demeaning a person

Maturity is taking a stake in every mistake you make rather than defending the mistake

Maturity is understanding and accepting a change rather than blindly accepting or resisting a change

Maturity is debating with facts rather than debating with perceptions

Maturity is adding values to initiatives rather than criticising the initiatives

Maturity is converting problems into challenges rather than brooding about the problem

Every adversity is an opportunity when we approach it with maturity

  Being Jaby is being a fine human being.   L&D Global Chennai Chapter was instrumental in bringing Jaby closer to my heart, our journey was not too long, but it was filled with fun, humour, joy and learning too.
