The value of a Moral Teacher is valued when we struggle to understand what is right and wrong in life



The value of a Language Teacher is valued when struggle to write something grammatically correct



The value of Maths Teacher is valued when we struggle to do some basics calculations



The value of Biology Teacher is valued when we don’t recognise certain flora & fauna when our children ask us questions



The value of a Physics Teacher is valued when we are not able explain certain basics physics  to children



The value of a Chemistry Teacher is valued when we are not aware of what is toxic, when we mix certain items together



The value of a History Teacher is valued when are not able to explain about our own kings and freedom fighters



The value of a Geography Teacher is valued when we not able to figure the directions



The value of a Civics Teacher is valued we don’t know our fundamental rights



The value of a PT Teacher is valued when we don’t have the physical endurance



The value of Drawing Teacher is valued when we struggle to draw some figures to explain a process



The value of an ECA Teacher is valued when we are stressed and remain without a hobby


When we were students some subjects were favourite to us some weren’t. during our school days we approached the subjects from exam point of you view but later when we struggled to apply our fundamental knowledge we would have realised those were not subjects those were life lessons. 


I am sure while reading the above sentences you would have recollected those teachers who taught you those subjects. Let’s honour those valuable Teachers who added value to our life.

  Listen, Understand and Respond Most of the time, people listen to respond rather than to understand. By the time the other person finishes speaking, the listener is often already formulating a response. Let’s explore what happens in such situations. While listening, we may be trying to engage our logical brain to recall our memories and creativity for a response, or we may be accessing our emotional brain to defend ourselves against what is being said. For example, if one person talks about ways another could improve, the listener might offer excuses such as a lack of time, resources, or support. Alternatively, they may bring up personal emotions, like health or family issues. These reactions often occur while the other person is still speaking, leading to a decreased understanding and an increased eagerness to defend one’s position.
