interaction between a father & a son
A small boy climbed a mountain along with his father, on the reaching the cliff he said “people down there are looking small"
Father said "My dear son, the people out there are not small, the place we stand makes us to feel so, but the reality is they are what they are and do remember we did come from there The father added "If weare there and they are here, they too will feel the same but if we both stand together either on the cliff or the ground we are the same.

The best way to understand people, is to be them.
Once we go up the ladder in life, it doesn't mean we need to look people down.
Remember when we went up the ladder there were people below who were holding the ladder.
Ensure the ladder is available for others to climb and you there on the top to extend your hand.
