Lessons from Serving Food Once a European   was invited for a house to have traditional south Indian lunch in an Indian Family in Europe , after a chat for an hour he was offered a seat in the dining table and he was surprised to see a big banana leaf   served   with the variety of dishes on it & the host slowly started serving the different varieties of food which encompasses a typical south Indian thali meals.
