Labelling a person is a disastrous act, Slow, or fast is a relative term, where the comparison has no end. Constant practice and motivation from the external world help a person improve daily.

Don’t expect everyone to be fast, we also require people who are steady. Being slow is not a problem, it is a challenge for our patience
