Every person strives to know what others think about them, and rarely do people seek feedback to know more about themselves. Below is a quote stated by Antisthenes which not only provokes us but also helps us to think logically and emotionally to understand why we should connect with others

Antisthenes was a Greek philosopher and a pupil of Socrates who lived between 445 and 365 BC. He quoted that following

There are only two people who can tell you the truth about yourself -an enemy who has lost his temper and a friend who loves you dearly.

Knowing about yourself is like a company that seeks feedback to improve its business, if you believe in continuous improvement, it is better to know more about yourself than to talk about others.
