Hammer and Power

A hammer in the hands of a skilled carpenter can transform a log into furniture and mend broken furniture into usable furniture. Similarly, power in the hands of a skilled Leader can convert a fresher into a competent employee and a demotivated subordinate into an inspired employee. Power is for Leaders who care and share, not for people who live with hate and grudge.
