I can make an ordinary person into an extra ordinary person.


I can convert a player into a champion.


I am in demand in every organization.


Irrespective of who you are, you still expect me at least once in a while.


I live long in you when you are humble and die in you when you don't care about others.


Sometimes I am hidden in ego.


Sometimes I am hidden in hate.


Sometimes I am hidden in sense of insecurity.


Sometimes I am hidden in forgetfulness.


I can do wonders if you know how to use me.


My close emotional associates are motivation & recognition.


My close material associates are  rewards and awards.


I am very simple to use, you can either use me orally or you can pen down your thoughts in a paper.


I am very easy to use, you can either put few emoticons in social medias
 or just buy a card.


If you use me in the right time, you will never lose people in your life.


I am sure you would appreciate me for my power.


I would like to Appreciate you for your patience to guess who I am.


I am Formless & shapeless but everlasting quality that builds the humbleness in you.


I am  Appreciation . Use me to prove your effort in recognizing others effort; so that they in turn will recognize your effort.
