There are many students preparing for exams but only few are preparing for life. 


There  are many employees working for appraisals but only few are building their career.


There are many people finding fault with the system but only few are correcting the system.


There are many people who are involved in criticising others but only few are appreciating others.


There are many people who are worried about the future but only few are working towards the future.


There are many people who give reasons for their failures but only few are preparing to come out of  their failures.


There are  many people who wait for things to happen but only few are making things happen.


There are many people who are  working for others goals but only  few are working towards their goal.


There are many people who blindly forward messages there are only few who analyse the messages.


To belong to Many or few is a choice.

  Being Jaby is being a fine human being.   L&D Global Chennai Chapter was instrumental in bringing Jaby closer to my heart, our journey was not too long, but it was filled with fun, humour, joy and learning too.
