Activate the butterfly in you

Before we activate the butterfly in us, let us understand what does a butterfly do
Butterflies make the world a little more colourful.
Their vivid wing coloration and fluttering flight path lend a special touch of beauty to nature. However, butterflies do more than just paint a pretty picture. They help flowers pollinate, eat plenty of weedy plants and provide a food source for other animals. In addition, their presence or absence can tell us a lot about the local environment.
Plant Pollination

Adult butterflies drink nectar from blossoms on flowering plants. Like bees and other pollinators, butterflies pick up pollen while they sip a flower’s nectar. Once they’re off to another plant, the pollen goes with them, helping to pollinate the plant species. About one third of the food people eat depends on the work of pollinators such as butterflies.

 Lesson from Plant Pollination
We gain lot of information, thoughts, knowledge through various sources, we do have a choice to share it with others. Ex: A foundation which announces a free education for economically backward, can change your maid's child's life.

Ecosystem Barometer
Scientists use the presence or absence of butterflies as a predictor of whether an ecosystem is healthy. Adult and larval forms are sensitive to pesticides. Ecologists study butterfly behaviour, population numbers and migration patterns to help determine the impact of these environmental issues.
Lessons from ecosystem Barometer
The presence of happy people in a society determines the happiness index of the society, the more happiness is shared by people the more it inspires others to be happy, like the presence of butterflies, the presence of happy people ensures a happy society.

Butterflies don't have a long life but still they make a big difference to the environment, imagine what can human being do who has much longer life span than a butterfly?

·         A butterfly by default is a nature saviour, what should we do with 6 senses?
·         Let's pollinate the world with positivity to maintain an ecosystem of happiness around us.

Your thoughts & your smile are the wings that can carry the message of humanity. Do keep pollinating like a butterfly to maintain an ecosystem of peace and growth.

Listen, Understand and Respond

Listen, Understand and Respond Most of the time, people listen to respond rather than to understand. By the time the other person finishes speaking, the listener is often already formulating a response. Let’s explore what happens in such situations. While listening, we may be trying to engage our logical brain to recall our memories and creativity for a response, or we may be accessing our emotional brain to defend ourselves against what is being said. For example, if one person talks about ways another could improve, the listener might offer excuses such as a lack of time, resources, or support. Alternatively, they may bring up personal emotions, like health or family issues. These reactions often occur while the other person is still speaking, leading to a decreased understanding and an increased eagerness to defend one’s position. During this type of conversation, the listener may appear restless, exhibiting a lack of eye contact or head nodding. In such interactions, th...
