 My boss thought I raised a stupid question but he didn't realise it was a critical question

 My boss thought I have an Attitude problem but he didn't realise I was disengaged

 My boss thought I make repeated mistakes but he didn't realise I was trying something new

 My boss thought I was resisting change but he didn't realise I was trying to be logical

 My boss thought I was a rebel but he didn't realise I was bringing a new perspective

 My boss thought I was not a team player but he didn't realise I was playing a different role as a team member

 My boss thought I was not serious about my job but he didn't realise I was balancing my life 

My boss thought I am not ready to lead but he didn't realise he bossed me

The boss in you buries the Leader in you; The leader in you develops the leader in others

Evaluate your style before you brand your subordinate
