Interaction between three generations


 A son came home after a long day. His father opened the door & said you look very tired.

Son replied “My appraisal was released, I was not happy about it" 

Father asked “what's your decision?”

Son said “I will look for a change"

Father “Is this the seventh company in span of 15 years?”

Son said “Yes" you are right”

 Father said “It's time for introspection”

 Son said “you are talking like a philosopher”

A teenager walked from the bedroom and said dad I have been listening to grandpa, what he said is right. Whenever I scored less marks you never agreed my question paper was difficult, you wanted me to find out where I went wrong. But whereas when it comes to your performance, you don't agree with Grandpa.

 Dad, grandpa's Wisdom is speaking to you. Hope you understand and act so that I can do the same when I grow up. 

Remember, one generation inspires the other
