Conversation- Car with a dent will sell but not a character with a dent A youngster in a two-wheeler talks over the mobile and bumps on a car. The car owner comes to check, the car and sees a dent below the rear lights. The two-wheeler rider sitting on bike tells "it is a small dent" The car owner tells "I can correct the dent, but there is a big dent in your character  Though you know it was your mistake, you should have told sorry, such behavior requires tinkering  When you know that I came out to check my car, you didn't even bother to come closer to inspect the car, instead you were, casually sitting and make a statement, such behavior requires welding The way you are behaving requires a wholesome maintenance. Sales Lesson on a Rainy Day Way back in 1997, I was running a sales training franchisee centre in Chennai. My office was located in a prime area in a commercial complex.
