two factors that determines one’s creativity- Ability and willingness.
The above quadrant will help us
understand who will be creative, how can use our ability and willingness to
develop creativity in our life.
Does
every role demand creativity?
Not all the roles demand creativity
because ever role has its own function within which people are expected to
produce desired results. By that doesn’t mean we should not be creative.
Why
should we Creative?
Life becomes monotonous and it breeds
frustration, stress etc. in order add zing to life, we need approach our life
creatively. The following is an example of how people embrace creativity in the

understanding what is stupid to others need not be stupid to you.

The third rule is -If you fear
rejection, you stop being creative
