Can everyone be creative?
The answers are yes and no. There are two factors that determines one’s creativity- Ability and willingness.
The above quadrant will help us understand who will be creative, how can use our ability and willingness to develop creativity in our life.
Does every role demand creativity?
Not all the roles demand creativity because ever role has its own function within which people are expected to produce desired results. By that doesn’t mean we should not be creative.
Why should we Creative?
Life becomes monotonous and it breeds frustration, stress etc. in order add zing to life, we need approach our life creatively. The following is an example of how people embrace creativity in the life

There is an either an choice to make idlis the way it is made or approach it creatively. The choice is in the hands of the person who would like move out of  being monotonous  
What is creative to me will sound stupid to others
·         The first rule of being creativity understanding what is stupid to others need not be stupid to you.
·         The second rule is, you decide to whom should you lend your ears
·         The third rule is -If you fear rejection, you stop being creative
