The story of a White Crayon

Most of the time White crayon is not used because we predominantly use white paper. Is it a Crayon's fault or a manufacturing defect?

If the same crayon is used on a black sheet the value of the crayon will also go up.

Similarly in workplace there are few people who are like this white crayons who has not been given a right position to prove their value.
