Money

Money, you are honey for some; you are just a paper for some.

Money, some run behind you; some wait for you.

Money, some use you; some misuse you

Money, some work to earn you; some commits sins to possess you.

Money, you can help a person; you can ruin a person

Money, you can save a person, you can also kill a person

Money, for some you are part of their life, for some you are their life

Money, some sleep well because of you; some sleep less because of you.

Money, some use you to satisfy their need; some use you to satisfy their pleasure

Money, some have mastered how to use you; some are slaves to you.

Money, people with ideas are searching you, people who own you are searching for ideas.

Money, in some hands your value goes up, in some hands their character goes down.

Money, when you are less there is robbery; when you are more there are crimes

Money, you are the saviour but people use you as a destroyer

Money, you don't have a choice in whose hands you should be, but the hands can decide how they can use you.

Money can change the life, good or bad it depends on who owns it

Listen, Understand and Respond

Listen, Understand and Respond Most of the time, people listen to respond rather than to understand. By the time the other person finishes speaking, the listener is often already formulating a response. Let’s explore what happens in such situations. While listening, we may be trying to engage our logical brain to recall our memories and creativity for a response, or we may be accessing our emotional brain to defend ourselves against what is being said. For example, if one person talks about ways another could improve, the listener might offer excuses such as a lack of time, resources, or support. Alternatively, they may bring up personal emotions, like health or family issues. These reactions often occur while the other person is still speaking, leading to a decreased understanding and an increased eagerness to defend one’s position. During this type of conversation, the listener may appear restless, exhibiting a lack of eye contact or head nodding. In such interactions, th...
