When we firmly pursue the goals, it becomes Achievable goals

When we connect the goal with a purpose it becomes Relevant goals

When we set a deadline to our goals it becomes Time bound goals

When we built the goals along with values it becomes Ethical Goals

When we write the it becomes a Recorded Goals
