If you are not governed by your Discipline, you will be ruled by your unwanted habits 

If you are not governed by your Assertiveness, you will be ruined by your aggressiveness

If you are not governed by your Savings, you will be burdened by your debts

If you are not governed by your Diet, you will be controlled by your doctor's prescription

If you are not governed by your Goals, you will be directed by your impulses 

If you are not governed by your "To do List", you will be mismanaged by the demands of others 

If you are not governed by your needs, you will be drained by your wants

If you are not governed by your Proactive behavior, you will be ravished by your reactive behavior 

If you are not governed by your satisfaction, you will be misguided by your dissatisfaction

Remember, if you are not governed from within, you will be dictated from outside.

 The hall mark of personal effectiveness is being governed from within
