 Disagreements are transformation in action

 Disagreements are deepest thoughts into action

 Disagreements is right outcomes in action 

We have the rights to disagree and so does the other person too. Disagreement doesn't mean we need to become hostile towards those who disagree, it is an opportunity to understand others views as well an opportunity to analyse our own views. 


When we disagree to arrive at consensus it is mark of Emotional Intelligence in action
