Boss pushes his subordinate to go an extra mile, whereas a Leader takes his subordinate to an extra mile
Boss is busy in pushing his ideas, whereas a Leader prepares for brainstorming
Boss is interested only in winning, whereas a Leader is working towards participating
Boss is working towards correcting others, whereas a Leader is bent towards correcting self
Boss shows interest, whereas a Leader  stays committed
Boss lives with power, whereas a Leader lives by an example

Let the boss in you rest and the Leader in you flourish
