I felt bad when she rejected me, later I understood she rejected my love, and not me as a person
I felt bad when my boss rejected my ideas, later I understood he liked my willingness to develop new ideas
I felt bad when my customer rejected my product, later I understood he liked my determination to sell
I felt bad when my creativity was rejected, later I understood my eagerness to create was admired
I felt bad when my business proposal was rejected, later I understood my ability to explore new avenues was appreciated
I felt bad when my thoughts were rejected, later I understood that my thoughts were ahead of the times
I felt bad when my friends rejected me, later I understood that they wanted me to invest my time with my family
I felt bad when my Trainer rejected me, later I understood he was concerned about my inappropriate weight loss
I felt bad when my bar tender rejected my tips for an additional peg, later I understood he was concerned about my health.

Rejection is not in our hands, to be dejected or not is in our hands
