Deepavali - A festival that rekindles our childhood memories Part-3-Our Innovative Bomb Rocket The Next day, while we were coming from the school, we bought a train cracker, which was different from other crackers, this cracker has provision to insert thread, which can be tied from one end to the other end.   Once the cracker is burnt, it will move forward and backward. Though we know the principle of the train cracker, but our idea was different, we removed the train portion and took the raw cracker to convert it into our innovative rocket, but this time we wanted to see a rocket which goes up and also comes down in the same speed. We were so excited to see our innovation progressing in many ways, we quickly made our rocket. We stopped bursting the Bijli Crackers and got into the job of making our rocket, which we did on the previous day, but this time it was a different, we tied the Bijli along with the Snake cracker and tried our luck, but it was a failure, since both the cracker was tied together, the Bijli burst before the rocket was supposed to take off. We examined our work by quickly getting into discuss

Friends used to sit and discuss about crackers which we were planning to buy and whenever we used to cross a colourful cracker shop, we stand and stare at those glossy crackers and imagine ourselves buying the shop. During the dinner, I used to talk about some new arrivals and insist my father to buy those crackers and ask for some trendy clothes too. Here are some of my memories that linger in my mind about my childhood Deepavali days. Innovative Rockets : Rockets were one of my favourite crackers during my childhood, which my father did not like it and he also felt it was dangerous for children, however as a child we find ways and means to get it.
