If all others see what is wrong with them, but if you see why they are different there is a lateral thinker in you

If all others call them novice, but if you see the same them as gold there is an Alchemist in you

If all others give upon them, but if you see them as talent there is a coach in you

If all others blame them, but if you see them as innovators, there is a creator in you

If all others call them as rebels, but if you see them as an initiator, there is a Leader in you

If all others give up upon them, but if you see them as potential performers, there is a motivator in you

If all others see them as failures, but if you see them as Learners, there is a Teacher in you

If all others see them as pain, but you if see them as a set of hurt people, there is a counsellor in you

If all others see them as naughty people, but you see them as bunch of active youth, there is a captain in you.

When we see them differently, we make a difference in their life

  Being Jaby is being a fine human being.   L&D Global Chennai Chapter was instrumental in bringing Jaby closer to my heart, our journey was not too long, but it was filled with fun, humour, joy and learning too.
