A young man asked, “what are the reason for unhappiness?”

The monk replied:

Unforgiving

Noxious

Hate

Apathy

Pedantic

Pessimistic

Imbalance

Narrow-minded

Egoistic

Suspicious

Submissive

The Young man said, "as per your words, most of us are unhappy"

The monk smiled and said "If you understand the fact that you are not here to suffer, you will understand the real meaning of Happiness”.
