Believe they are right, and others are wrong

Lacks the will and the skill to take Initiative

Argues for the sake of Arguing

Manipulation is their form of communication

Evasive is their approach

Rude is their behaviour

 

Blamer can neither build a Nation nor an organisation

Blamer can neither be a team leader nor a player

Blamer talks about other's mistakes but never thinks about correcting his or her mistakes

Blaming starts when the fear of failing starts

Blaming never solves problems, it either increases or complicates the problem at the hand
