·         Victims: feels victimized and unrecognized, engages in negative talks

 

·         Bulldozers: Uses their power to get the work done and think they are taskmasters

 

·         Busy bees: For them, 24 hours is not enough and working from home is a blessing

 

·         Two punch and one lunch: These are the employees who sign in time, who work for the sake of working, finish their lunch in time and logout as soon as sunset

 

·         Butterflies- These are the people who happily work and get the work done without pain

 

·         Gossipers: The cafeteria is their favourite place, talking about others is their favourite topic

 

·         High- Flyers - Growth is their one-point agenda

 

·         Peacemakers- Relationship builders, assertive is their language

 

·         Party Mania- Celebration is their way of life, cakes and music is their KRAs

 

·         Dolphins- They are trainable, and they don't indulge in workplace politics

 

·         Politicians - Power centred, fault finders, hate mongers, chameleon

  Listen, Understand and Respond Most of the time, people listen to respond rather than to understand. By the time the other person finishes speaking, the listener is often already formulating a response. Let’s explore what happens in such situations. While listening, we may be trying to engage our logical brain to recall our memories and creativity for a response, or we may be accessing our emotional brain to defend ourselves against what is being said. For example, if one person talks about ways another could improve, the listener might offer excuses such as a lack of time, resources, or support. Alternatively, they may bring up personal emotions, like health or family issues. These reactions often occur while the other person is still speaking, leading to a decreased understanding and an increased eagerness to defend one’s position.
