Values

 Values

Values- What a valuable word it is. Let it be an organisation or a nation, a family or an individual; if they are respected, that's because of the values which govern them.

If you are coming across a disappointed customer or a distressed citizen, that's time to understand an organisation's value system and the nation. If you are coming across split families and a stressful person, that's the time to understand the family's value system.

War and economic recession are the output of valueless politicians. When the owners fly in private jets and enjoy their holidays in an exotic location while their employees undergo pay cuts or downsizing, that's an output of greed.

A disturbed child deprived of love is an outcome of valueless parenting. If a person speeds or jumps the traffic signal without considering the pain of those who cross the signal, that's a sign of recklessness.

If you closely examine the situations around you, like overcharging in a hospital, unhygienic food in a restaurant, or poor service by a service provider, it all points to one word, and that's due to a lack of values.

The world not only requires intelligent people, but it also requires good human beings with value systems.

Remember, let it be a politician, Businessman, etc., everyone evolves from a family; if the family is governed by values, the nation and organisation will be run by people with values.

Teach values; the rest can be learnt in Google.

The Modes of Persuasion The modes of persuasion, often referred to as ethical strategies or rhetorical appeals, are devices in rhetoric that classify the speaker's appeal to the audience. They are: ethos, pathos, logos, and the less-used Kairos & telos The above model has been used by Advertisement agencies to grab the attention of the viewers and finally bring them to the purchase desk or use the cart in shopping sites. If we carefully examine the model, it has a sound application in running an effective training program too.
