How tolerant are we?

When I was travelling in a call taxi, I came across a situation where my call taxi driver encountered a poor driving. The driver immediately stopped and he was about to scold the other car driver but as soon as he saw the L board he stopped and gave a smile. When I asked him why he didn't scold ,he said, "He is a learner." During my rest of the journey I was thinking about this incident. After few hour these were some of the questions in my mind.

 1. Do we have the similar tolerance when teach our children?
2. Do we have the similar tolerance when we handle the trainees?
3. Do we have the similar tolerance when we handle the participants?

Friends From the above road incident my key takeaway was, the greatest mistake is not the mistake, it is the inability to forgive the mistake. Hope this real time incident would have sensitized you towards others mistakes.
