Paper Weight

Anything that was heavy enough to prevent a paper from flying was used as a paper weight. In the office atmosphere colourful paper weight was placed on the desk, some people spin it on the desk when they are thinking or trying to get some new ideas. However the role of the paper weight remains the same.

Workplace is not about self, it is also about relationship. Where there is support there is harmony, let’s be like a paper weight to ensure people don’t fly in different directions.

Once employees start supporting each other there is a sense belonging, this sense of belonging improves relationship and leads to effective team work.
