Reasons Vs. Reasons

Earlier I had a reason not to walk, but today I have a reason to walk.
Earlier I had a reason to skip my breakfast, but today I have a reason to take it.
Earlier I had a reason to delay my medical check-up, but today I have a reason to do it.
Earlier I had a reason to eat junk food, but today I have a reason to eat healthy food.

Earlier I had a reason for my stress, but today I have a reason   why I shouldn't be stressed.

My yesterday's reasons messed up my life but Today's reason has cleaned my life.
