Source of Leadership Communication: Feedbacks, discussions on areas to improve etc.

Primary Action of Sour: The sour taste awakens the mind and helps to bring scattered energy together

Primary Action of sour Communication: An effective leader should talk about areas to improve, bring unsolved issues for discussion and should help the team identify their weaknesses and work towards it

Excess of Sour: Excess use of sour taste can lead to sensitivity

Excess of Sour Communication: If the leader only talks about issues and weaknesses it will demotivate the team and culture will be perceived to be more task oriented than people oriented
