Primary Action of Salt Communication: An effective leader should give points that stimulate other people, gives a dose of can do feeling

Excess of Salt: Excess salt hinders sensory perception

Excess of Salt Communication: If a leader keeps adding more such messages in communication, those speeches at one point will sound like over dosage of motivation
