Taste-Astringent

Source of Astringent: Apples, bananas (green), cranberries, pomegranate, popcorn, beans etc.

Source of Leadership Communication:  Maintaining consistency in communication, communicating for being united etc.

Primary Action of Astringent: The astringent taste a very effective tool in combating excess bleeding, sweat, diarrhea, leucorrhea, etc.

Primary Action of Astringent Communication: An effective leader should be consistent in his approach, there should not be contradictions in his views, leader’s words should bring stability and unity

Excess of Astringent: Excess astringent taste can also smother the digestive fire, cause thirst, stiffness, coagulation and clotting in the blood, stagnation in circulation, cardiac spasms, insomnia, emotional stagnation, malaise, and depression.

Excess of Astringent Communication:  excess Astringent communication can lead to a feeling of, individuals are not effective and create a sense of negativity for individual contributors
