Not all the seeds become a tree

Not all the plants become a fruit bearing trees

Not all the business becomes profitable

Not all fruit bearing trees withstand the wind

Not all the business withstands adversity

Remember, a good farmer will never stop the process of sowing the seeds

Similarly, a good businessman should never stop generating ideas.

Select the right idea, keep nurturing it, keep strengthening it and be prepared to bounce back from the adversity.

While listening, we may be trying to engage our logical brain to recall our memories and creativity for a response, or we may be accessing our emotional brain to defend ourselves against what is being said.
