When you are humble you do not stumble

When you are at ease you are at peace

When you are focused you are at your best

When you are calm you will never harm

When you are truthful you are wonderful

When you are in present you are gifted

When you are mindful you will be thankful

When you are cheerful you will be colourful

When you are open you will have fun

Life is at its best when you leave the past and live the present
